Vitamin A:

Vitamin A is used in creams and oils for its alleged skin healing properties. Helps to moisturize dry skin and reduce excess oil. Can be absorbed by the skin but is insoluble in water.

Vitamin A plays an important role in vision, bone growth, reproduction, cell division and cell differentiation. Too much Vitamin A can cause dangerous toxic effects.
